Does Pronto Work with My Insurance Company?


The number one question we are asked at Pronto is: Do you accept my insurance/work with my insurance company? Drumroll please….. YES! We work with ALL insurance companies. 

But, we don’t work FOR the insurance companies. We work for YOU.

A big benefit of being an independent shop is we can focus on making our customers happy. We work closely with your insurance to make sure your vehicle is repaired to the highest standards and we don’t cut corners. 

If you’ve been in an accident and your insurance company pushes you to choose a preferred vendor through their Direct Repair Program. It may sound easy. But those shops work for the insurance company first and they get to call the shots and decide what they’re willing to allow, which may not be what’s best for you or your car.

If you’re insured, then your insurer must allow you to repair your car wherever you like, and once you hit your out-of-pocket premium, their coverage should kick in. We’ll do everything in our power to help you through any stall tactics so we can get your car repaired and back to you as soon as possible.
