  • Appraisal – Before you can proceed with the collision repair process, you will need to get your car assessed. Part of the appraisal process involves sending photos of the damage to your insurance company, but it’s likely you’ll need to have an in-person appraiser take a look. Your insurer may send an appraiser to you, or our team can take care of the appraisal when you bring your vehicle to our shop.
  • Choosing the Repair Shop – Another thing you should know about collision repair is that you get to choose which repair shop you want to do the work. Your insurance company will most likely send you a list of shops to choose from, but you can also choose a different shop if you prefer—you have the right to decide whom to hire.
  •  Repair Process – The collision repair process itself will involve repairing your car’s body panels, windows, windshield, mirrors, and anything else that was damaged. Our team will restore everything back to its proper shape, and we’ll match and restore your car’s paint as well to leave it looking like new.
